January 17, 2021: Answering the Call: Burden or Blessing
Jesus gives full disclosure when He calls all people to follow Him. He tells us that we will be blessed but He also tells us to “count the cost” and uses language like “dying to self”, and “carrying our cross” to describe the process of being His disciple. What exactly does all of this mean? And why would we want to answer a challenging call like this in the first place?
